Flyin’ to the Hoop - Dayton, OH –Nov 2008 – Below is updated information regarding the 7th Flyin’ to the Hoop to take place this January and attached is the revised schedule with several high-profile, marquee match-ups per day.

Flyin’ to the Hoop has made the USA Today list as a “must see” event for the ’08-’09 basketball season:

The event will celebrate it’s 7th-year at the Trent Arena (www.trentarena.com) in Dayton, OH during the 3-day event Jan.17-19, 2009. The event will feature at total of 24 teams playing 16 games. A sampling of this year’s talent:

• 2 Top 10 Teams in the country– Montrose Christian, MD & Findlay Prep, NV

Flyin’ To The Hoop was founded by Eric Horstman in 2003, is an in-season prep basketball showcase held every Martin Luther King weekend in Dayton, OH. Over that time, the tournament has had over 125+ players move on to play Division I college basketball and features many players in the NBA. Tickets are $10 / $20 per day (General Admission/Reserved Seating @ 5 games per day) or a 3-day pass for all 16 games is available.
