Marion-Franklin vs South Urban Academy

The fog, cold and rain didn’t stop Marion-Franklin from winning the Columbus City League South. The Red Devils finished the season in an impressive fashion securing a home playoff game; possibly against Uniontown Lake next Friday evening.

Marion-Franklin scored on a Josh Anderson 23 yard run, and a six yard pass from Hill to Goins late in the first half to edge South 14-0. In the second half South’s Stefan Gregory scored on two long runs of 69 and 66 yards. Marion-Franklin answered in the fourth quarter with another six yard pass from Hill to Thorpe.
